From November till March (excluding holidays) Maison du Lac can be rented for study days and residential seminars from 4 to 12 people.

The first floor meeting room space for 8 to 12 people is 44m2, it has a 4.5 meter high ceiling and 6 meter wide bay window which opens out to the 70m2 lakeside terrace. There is a wood burning stove and a fully equipped kitchen.

The Ground floor meeting room space for 4 to 8 people is 23m2 and has a 5 meter wide bay window which opens out to the 18m2 lakeside terrace. There is a  a fully equipped kitchen.

The building is ecologic and bioclimatic meaning that even during the winter months the meeting rooms are flooded with natural sunlight.

For residential Seminars there are 10 separate sleeping rooms in the 5 individual lakeside apartments. (note: each apartment has 2 separate bedrooms, an open plan living space and a private terrace)
There is private parking on site for up to 10 cars.

The 44m2 kitchen/living space of the superior apartment can seat up to 20 people who can all be accommodated in the 5, two bedroom apartments.

For reunion reservations of more than 3 apartments and a 3 night minimum stay, breakfasts can be provided for 10€ per person. Also cooking classes and home catering can be organised
