Payment policy
50% of the total rental price is required at the time of booking.
Payments can be made by Credit card or Bank transfer.
100% of the total rental price is required at check-in.
A security deposit of 300€ is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to an inspection of the accommodation.
Local tourisme tax is charged at 2,75€ per adult per night.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival 0% of the total reservation price will be charged.
Between 30 days and 15 days before arrival 25% of the total reservation price will be charged.
Between 14 days and the arrival or in case of a no show 100% of the rental price will be charged.

House rules
All of the Maison du Lac apartments are non smoking.
Pets are not allowed.
During check-in, a cleanliness and damage inspection of the accommodation will be made.
Guests are required to leave the apartment, especially the kitchen, in the same clean state as upon arrival. Supplementary cleaning will be charged at 20€ per hour and damages are to be paid in full.
Any additional visitors need to be approved by the owner.
