Located in a quiet residential area all of the two or three bedroom apartments have a large open plan kitchen/living room which lead out to it’s private lakeside terrace. There is also a children’s play area.

The Bioclimatic concept of a south facing building with covered terraces naturally maximizes the suns heat during the winter months and avoids overheating in the summer.

The supplementary heating and cooling is controlled by an ultra efficient thermodynamic ventilation system which ecologically ensures a maximum temperature of 25c in summer and minimum 21c in winter.

The 18m long saltwater swimming pool is open from Mid April till Mid October.
